Am i committing/waking in sin?

So Im 18, and ive been religious my whole life and am to this day a devout christian...and ive been going out with a girl for a little over a yr now, and have been good friends most of my life, since like 8...and we strongly believe in no before marriage(fornication) and waiting till married...but over the past yr we have been getting more and more physical...from holding hands, to kissing, to making out, to touching of all but our privates...and we have been fine with that, and had talked about our boundaries all throughout relationship...but here recently ive decided that i need to consider whether i am in the wrong or not....cuz we have just now started ....and we KNOW that we will not have before marriage and feel fine with ourselves, and our control over ourselves.....im just wondering if it is a sin to be ual/phyical, with no / before marriage?????
