Where can I find a TRULY free wma to mp3 converter?

The only reason I need it is to put songs on my mini-discs. I can't even transfer copies of my own music because they aren't mp3 files. I really don't feel like ripping all my cds again, but I don't want to pay for something just to copy music I bought already. And dbamp doesn't count cuz it's a trial version and expires.
