What would be an appropriate gift for my Aunt and Uncle who are hosting my family a few nights this summer?

They live on a horse ranch in Colorado and are both really active (He's a retired airborn ranger, she has always been into fitness) they have no children, but take a big interrest in my family. They drink..but I don't know good scotch or brandy (which he loves) They became Christains late in life after years of atheism. He does a bit of woodworking, they raise Australian shepards. Real Cowboy and Girl. He plays guitar, she piano, at the Cowboy church on Saturday nights.
