So...does Satan tempt animals too?

When Christians say that something "goes against nature," they are not talking about "nature" as in things that are natural biologically or occur in nature. It is basically just a convoluted way of saying it goes against their beliefs (which they think are given by their God, which they believe to be the creator of nature, etc ...).
