Can anyone help me with my bad period phobia?

Your doctor has no right to laugh at you. This is an unusual phobia(I think) But it is very real for you. You need to speak with a professional who can help you. There are forms of contraception that will stop your periods. This is a short term answer though, because you may want a baby some day and you got to have periods to get pregnant. Get help. You already know that you cant die and they are normal but a phobia is an irrational fear of something. You do have a real phobia and no one on here can help you. Please seek help soon
