How to record my video games?

i have been wanting to make a cod montage, but i dont kow how to record xbox 360 games. i have heard about pci cards and pvrs, but im confused. i use an hd tv (actually its a comp monitor). How would i record in hd? a please recommend a product, and how would i install it on my windows vista comp? price doesnt mtter, but nothing above 200 american dollars. THANK YOU
