Pregnant or Not? What do YOU think?

I know I've addressed this issue but it appears that I get only 1 or 2 replies. So I'm trying again. I am a 22 year old female in a 4 year long monogamous relationship. I have 28 day long cycles and recently came off the bcp: yaz. My last period began January 23 and lasted until the 27th. My bf and I had before and after my fertile time without a condom. About five days from ovulation I noticed bright red spotting. It was a small amount and only lasted for one day. Lately I've been hungry more, gy, lumps in , itchy , darker , more montgomery glands, s seem larger, and have twinges in lower left side of my abdomen. HOWEVER: I am not having cramps, I am not bloating, I am not really that tired, and am not feeling that nauseated. My period does not come for another 4 days. The stuff listed above does not usually occur before period. What is going on please? Is it just going off bcp or is it a poss. pregnancy?
