The question have is about estates that have mineral right for the 37 heirs that I have in the family need hel

my grandfather has 5 acres of land and Unit Resources want to drill so they have leased from the 37 people in the family and we was sent 100.00 dollar for that, but now my aunt feels that now she want help with the taxes which I have no problem but she is doing this in a nasty way, because she want to get us to sign a Quick Claim Deed or for her toget the land she does not have a will and the land is still in my grandfather and grandmother and both are decesed so is my father. And she wants to sign the land away and I will not because father my grandfather would not let her do this to us. I just need answers to me and my living mother and brother and sister to work this out the right way.
