There are a lot of jobs that don't require a degree, you just have to be willing to start out small and work hard. Employers recognize effort, knowledge and reliability. Just keep that in mind. College is not for everyone, really, and that doesn't mean that people without a college degree are less intelligent or less capable. Yeah, a college degree may mean a higher starting salary with most employers, but there are plenty of jobs where you can rise through the ranks with a high school diploma and a lot of hard work. If you choose a field that doesn't have a lot of entry level job requirements (most customer service type jobs, for example) and go into it giving 110% I promise, the people at the top will notice. Also, getting in somewhere that is just starting out is a great plan. Most places love to promote from within and being there from the beginning is always a head start.
