When a search warrant is served and a women is known to be present should a female officer be present as well?

My home was raided for narcotics. It was 6am and i was awakened by a percusion granade being thrown through my window. I thought someone broke my window out and shot a shotgun off in my house and were coming in to kill us. Naturally I got up and started to run from the bedroom for saftey only to be stopped in the kitchen by the swat team who demanded me to get on the floor. Keep in mind that I sleep naked and was at the time completely naked. I got on the floor and all was fine until I had 10 officers around me. I asked the officer who was holding me my gunpoint if I could please put something over me as i was sitting right next to pile of clothes but was too afraid to reach for even a towel so I asked if I could put something over me. The officer told me to wait a minute and when he got me up off the floor he made me sit in a chair in the kitchen and still provided me nothing to cover myself with. The police were checking the house to make sure no one else was present for their saftey and I can totally understand that, but there were at least 10 cops running around looking at me while one officer detained me by gun point. I sat in the chair for a good 5 minutes before they let me go to my room and get a robe on. Should one of the officers, be it female or male provided me something to cover myself with seeing that only male officers were present. This is a police force that employees many women. Should they have brought one with them to execute the search?
